He continues to apply his more than 30 years of business management and operations experience to support Beaufort’s mission of delivering excellence and client-focused solutions.

Clay Gill

President and COO

Clay joined Beaufort in 2010 to lead Beaufort’s global operations and drive innovation and excellence across all business functions and client engagement activities. With a deep knowledge of the contract research industry, she provides strategic leadership, programmatic guidance, and executive support to help consistently develop and deliver successful solutions for clients.

Schuyler Ritter

Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer

Schuyler has over four decades of life sciences industry experience and brings deep knowledge and insights into the business and product development challenges facing Beaufort clients. Schuyler is responsible for assessing and managing new business opportunities as well as fostering ongoing client relationships that help drive their innovations forward.

John R. Wilson Jr., Ph.D.

Senior Vice President and Chief Quality Officer

John is a career life sciences thought leader with extensive experience in clinical research, regulatory compliance, and quality management. He is an innovator in designing and maintaining quality systems that align with GxP, FDA, EU and ISO standards, including Beaufort’s Clinical Monitoring Oversight services that provide sponsors with third-party assessments of CRO, CRA, and site performance.

Trish Landry

Senior Vice President, Clinical Monitoring Oversight

Trish brings over 30 years of strategic and operational experience managing regulatory, clinical, and quality activities across the life sciences industry. With a proven track record of driving growth, operational efficiency, and client success, Trish has been instrumental in managing Beaufort’s global clinical operations. Now, in her Clinical Monitoring Oversight role, she collaborates with sponsors to ensure the performance, quality, and compliance of site activities and staff. Trish’s expertise empowers clients to mitigate risks, enhance transparency, ensure data integrity and achieve their clinical research goals with confidence.

Bill Trembley

Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer

Bill brings over 25 years of experience providing strategic leadership and technical direction in the assessment, management, and implementation of information systems, infrastructure, and technology-enabled solutions that maximize performance, reliability, and security, and drive success for client programs. Bill and his team manage all third-party systems and develop integrated data-driven solutions to support clients across the total product lifecycle.

John Forbis, CPA

Vice President of Finance

John provides strategic direction and oversees all functions related to the organization’s finance operations. He brings over three decades of financial leadership experience including extensive expertise within the life sciences industry. He is highly adept at implementing robust internal controls and automation systems that ensure compliance and streamlined reporting.

Nilufer Celenk

Senior Vice President, Global Clinical Operations

Nilufer brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare and life sciences, specializing in clinical operations, project management, and strategic partnerships. At Beaufort, she provides strategic leadership across all global clinical operations, with a focus on execution excellence, team development, and strong client and business partnerships. Her expertise in clinical study operations and strategic program management ensures exceptional results for Beaufort’s clients.

Deb Evans

Vice President, Business Services

Deb provides direction and guidance in building the capacity of the organization through effective human resource, cultural development, and business service activities. Deb leads and supports workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention, as well as policy development and benefits administration.

Paula Johnson

Senior Director, Biostatistics

Paula is responsible for overseeing all of Beaufort’s biostatistical solutions including strategic statistical consulting and programming. She is highly adept at developing and seamlessly integrating the most advanced statistical methods across clinical trial and data management processes to maximize insights and results for clients. Paula brings 25+ years of senior level experience leading statistical teams at a global diagnostic manufacturer.

Senior Director, Business Development

Jodi is a diagnostic industry expert and strategist who helps bridge business development and program implementation to create successful client engagements. She brings deep clinical operations experience and a track record of managing innovative programs across a wide range of intended use settings, technologies, therapeutic areas, and regulatory pathways.

Janell Lopez, RN

Director, Clinical Data Management

Janelle provides direct oversight of our data management teams with a focus on delivering strategic and data-centric solutions across all program stages. Her expertise is in managing the entire data management lifecycle to maximize data integrity, quality, and consistency and ensure alignment with global regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.

Sonal Shahane, MBBS DPB

Director, Medical and Scientific Affairs

Sonal brings an extensive background in medical affairs and clinical pathology. Her training as a physician uniquely positions her to effectively evaluate the clinical practice aspects of clinical study protocols and recommend strategies and approaches for patient recruitment and trouble-shooting clinical study issues. Sonal’s proven ability to successfully collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders, medical advisory committees and safety committees consistently leads to effective management oversight of service delivery for clinical projects.

Director, Clinical Monitoring Oversight

Rosemarie excels in managing complex Clinical Monitoring Oversight projects. Her strengths in training implementation, scheduling, and managing project timelines ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction. Rosemarie’s proven ability to effectively manage field teams and ongoing deliverables, while maintaining clear communication with all parties, drives efficiency and successful outcomes for our clients.

Yasmeen Taswell

Director, Clinical Monitoring Oversight

Yasmeen is responsible for supporting project management services for Clinical Monitoring Oversight programs applying her strong skills in project management, resource training, and issue remediation.
